These cards...something new appears on them every week. This one in particular—[he holds up the World Memory Card]—piques my interest.

First a woman killing a child, and now this group talking about attacks on the city. Does anyone have any idea on what's going in these, or what they're talking about?

I've been recently investigating into a murder and while I don't believe him to be suspect, there was a person who was at the scene first. He is currently on the run, but he has a rather distinct soul wavelength.

So far, no one has been able to bring him in for questioning, but I think with both of our Soul Perceptions, we may be able to find him.

I do wonder if that place is still around out there...if there are military base camps out in the desert, there may be more to this world than anyone may have initially thought.

I've read over the report. Everything seems to be in order, and I will see to it that any remaining living victims are questioned as soon as possible.

As for your next assignment, we have received a tip from a civilian. A man named Kazutaka Muraki is now under suspicion of being the culprit as a result. However, we have absolutely no solid evidence to indicate his involvement. We would need something more definitive than word-of-mouth if we are to obtain a search warrant or bring him in for DNA testing. If you are up for the job, I would like for you to investigate this matter further. Even if this man is not the one responsible, I feel that he may somehow be involved.

The lead comes from a young man Muraki had a conversation with. Stop by my office sometime today if you wish to receive a transcript of the conversation. Though incomplete, it offers a fair bit of detail.
